Rather than impose “one size fits all” solutions, Episcopal Relief & Development supports local, long-term initiatives that address poverty, hunger, disease, economic development and disaster response where the need is greatest. St. Peter’s has been an on going supporter of ERD, and is recognized annually for being in the top 2% of giving based on parish size. Recently our own Bill Seixas was recognized as on honorary Canon for his work in raising money for ERD programs at St. Peter’s. For 30+ years, Bill has helped the parish raise between $14,000 – $17,000 each year.
